This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs your subscription to the DevSecOps Platform. By subscribing, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Free Tier & Evaluation
Try before you buy.
We offer a perpetual Free tier with feature limitations. Use it to evaluate the Platform before upgrading. Because you can test the Platform without payment, paid plans generally do not come with additional free trial periods.
1. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month on the same calendar day.
Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year on the same calendar day and include a 20% discount vs monthly.
Pricing is per user (seat). You may add or remove seats during a billing period; changes are prorated.
Payments are processed via Razorpay (India, INR) or Stripe (international, USD).
Applicable taxes (GST, VAT) are added at checkout where required by law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Log in → Billing page → click Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
No cancellation fees.
After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free tier. Your data remains accessible for 30 days and is then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Enterprise plans cancelled mid-term are subject to the cancellation terms in your Order Form.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel to prevent the next month's charge, but the current month's fee is not refunded. Unused seats or features within a month do not qualify for a partial refund.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of first purchase: full refund, no questions asked.
After 14 days: prorated refund for unused months, minus a 10% administrative fee, at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3.3 Exceptions
We will issue a full refund regardless of billing cycle if:
You were billed due to our error (duplicate charge, wrong seat count).
The Service experienced a verified outage of more than 72 hours within a billing month, making it unusable.
You are required by applicable consumer protection law to receive a refund.
Include: organization name, invoice ID (or transaction reference), reason for refund.
We respond within 2 business days with a decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For India (Razorpay): refunds appear on your card/bank statement within 5–7 business days after processing.
For international (Stripe): refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Failed Payments
If automatic renewal fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we will:
Retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days.
Send email notifications to the account owner.
Suspend the account after 7 days of non-payment (read-only access retained).
Terminate and delete the account after 30 days of non-payment.
7. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers are not affected by price increases until their next renewal, and will receive at least 30 days advance notice. Early-adopter pricing (first 100 organizations) is locked for the lifetime of the subscription provided it remains in good standing.
8. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first at billing@harshal.cloud before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension and a $25 chargeback-handling fee per incident.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Refunds for Indian customers are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and Razorpay's operational guidelines.
